I was also taken to the bank by Pacific Law Center, after paying for my BK, Pacific Law Center filed for Bankruptcy protection. I was directed to a Law Firm that would take over Pacific Law Center clients, Benjamin Legal Services and still to this date have not had my BK resolved!! It appears that once again the image of Lawyers will continue to be tarnished due to the crooks that run our legal system. If anyone would like to contact Mr. Steigerwalt here is his cell number . Ive never found any lawyer that I wanted to spend a dime on. Unfortunately, I got busted for drunken driving with a really high blood alcohol level and it was my second 502 and Steigerwalts lawyers got me a deal that kept me out of jail and I didnt lose my license.
Well ends up that I had a whole lot of rights that I didnt know about - so that made me feel better. Ended up going to court and was very pleased with the outcome.
The process was fine, and when I was able to speak to the lawyer, it now made sense that they have I guess a pre-screening, as the lawyer already knew something about my case.
I was having large issues and stressful times over a stupidity with credit I had made when I was younger... So I had looked into debt managers and counselors and all they wanted was money here and money there for stupid things and I realized I couldnt afford that... luckily,Insurance knowledge. I found pacific law center to help me figure out what I could do... being a single mom with a limited income didnt leave me with much... but they have very friendly people to help with figuring all that out and work on papacific law centeryment plans that suit your budget... Id definitely reconmend them!

This law firm is great. I was there for a DUI case. They did everything they told me they would. All the employees were nice and returned all my phone calls on time. I would recommend them anytime. I paid my dues in full and they gave me a great rate. Thanks PLC!!!
The sales guy for 11 yrs at Pacific Law Center is now working at John Brady &ee consultpacific law center Pacific Law Centeration. Their Non Lawyer gave us bad information. Chapter 7. We were told we could save our house, discharge student loans,Online Education. back taxes, and more. We asked if he was talking about 13. He said no, that his lawyers were really good at ch 7. 4 months go by and not a single call back after daily voicemails left and emails sent. I even showed up at their office. Again, no attorneys present, no answers and they were unhappy with my tone. Really? you have $4k of mine, I lost my house, and I cannot speak to anyone about it? Well see these guys on the news like we saw Madolf, Enron & knew I wasnt going to actually SEE a lawyer during what I call a feeling out process. Simply its someone getting the cts about the situation, than presenting them to the actual lawyer. Some mentioned strong arm tactics, perhaps, but I didnt see this at all.
I hired them to do a chapter 13 for me. That was the worst mistake of my life. They told me it would be some time for them to work with my creditors to come up with a payment plan and they would let me know when it was worked out. Didnt hear anything for two months and then I got a letter saying my case was going to be dismissed for non-payment of my plan amount. I called them and left multiple msgs and they did not return my calls. Finally, I went down there and told them that I was never told what my amount was. My lawyer told me that sometimes things forgotten in all the shuffle and that he thought I shouldve called by now to find out what the amount was. So, I had to come up with two months worth of payments to keep my case from getting dismissed because my lawyer couldnt turn back the clock. I trusted them to do what I paid them to do. I guess that was expecting too much.
This place was the biggest rip off. Please save your money and do not come to this law firm. They made me all kinds of promises before I signed up and none of them came through. I literally LOST $5500. They promised me a reduction in fines, no probation along with other promises which never came true. I payed the full fine of the court, lost my license and got 5 years probation. And Pacific Law Center literally didnt do anything! I even called back trying to get a small reimbursement since they didnt do anything to help my case and I was denied. Please save your money and go else where from this lousy and grossly over priced services.
